About Us.

The LCHPM journey started in 2013 but gained legal status in 2018. This has been a family motivation, as we watched close relatives elevated on the property market. After several motivational talks, research and keen observation of the success stories, we decided to buy to let.

The passion for the property industry grew after being involved for a few years. The ills of tenants and unreliable management agents catapulted my interest in the management field. Having the best mentors, within the family, who have been highly successful in this area for quite some time, has helped shape my confidence to provide Exceptional Management Extraordinary Service.

Before the age of twenty-five, having purchased my first property, moulded my confidence and even inspired others in my closest circle to get onboard. The greatest move to success is to take a step of faith in yourself. This step, I believe, has transformed into a run, due to the wealth of experience gathered.
